By accessing or using the Skip/Bite mobile application ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
02Medical Disclaimer
Skip/Bite provides AI-generated nutritional estimations and insights. We are NOT a medical organization, and our AI is NOT a medical professional.
Any information provided by Skip/Bite is for educational and experimental purposes only. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider regarding dietary changes, especially if you have existing health conditions.
03Subscriptions & Billing
We use RevenueCat and store-specific billing (Apple App Store & Google Play) for all premium features. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage your subscriptions directly through your device settings.
04Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Skip/Bite. Any automated scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized distribution of our AI models is strictly prohibited.
05Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
